Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our digital software orders. Paddle processes payment data under strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. TR3D Artist never stores full credit card details.
1. Introduction
TR3D Artist (artist.threed.ma) provides generative 3D CAD modeling software. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect and protect personal information under GDPR and CCPA.
2. Data Collection & Usage
- Account Details: Name and email address to manage your digital passes and cloud workspace.
- Creative Assets: 2D images uploaded for 3D reconstruction are processed in private, encrypted cloud compute buckets and never shared.
- Transaction Data: Software pass status and license keys provided by Paddle.
3. Cookies & Data Rights
We use essential cookies strictly to maintain user authentication and store pass status. You have the right to request data export or permanent deletion at any time by emailing privacy@threed.ma.
