Refund Policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and returns. TR3D Artist sells 100% digital software licenses, cloud AI computation passes, and downloadable 3D CAD files.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a 14-day refund guarantee for all digital software passes (20 MAD, 50 MAD, 100 MAD, 200 MAD plans), provided that:
- You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your purchase date; and
- You have not downloaded more than 20% of the model allowance included in your plan tier.
2. Cancellation Procedure
You can cancel recurring subscriptions with one click anytime via your dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@threed.ma or reach out directly to Paddle via your receipt link. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method in 3 to 7 business days.
