Terms of Service
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and customer support for all digital generation passes and software licenses. TR3D Artist is a 100% digital SaaS and digital downloads provider. We do not sell or ship physical products under Paddle transactions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TR3D Artist (accessible at https://artist.threed.ma), creating an account, or purchasing digital software passes or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Digital Software Service
TR3D Artist provides cloud-based generative artificial intelligence tools for 3D model synthesis, mesh reconstruction, and CAD file conversion:
- Neural 2D-to-3D Synthesis: Transform 2D concept images, sketches, and photos into complete 3D geometry.
- Interactive 3D WebGL Studio: Real-time browser inspection viewport with wireframe, normal, and topology shaders.
- Multi-Format Exports: Instant export of production-ready 3D files in standard formats: STEP, STL, OBJ, GLTF/GLB, and 3MF.
- Generation & Download Quotas: All active passes include unlimited AI generation during the pass duration, with specific download allowances per tier (20 MAD for 20 downloads/24h, 50 MAD for 60 downloads/7d, 100 MAD for 150 downloads/30d, 200 MAD for unlimited downloads/30d).
3. Immediate Digital Fulfillment
All digital passes and subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment through Paddle. Generated CAD files are downloaded directly from the browser.
4. Paddle Merchant of Record & Cancellation
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. You may cancel recurring passes at any time with one click via your account dashboard or through the link provided on your Paddle receipt.
5. Commercial License & IP Rights
You retain 100% ownership of your uploaded images. You receive a worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use, modify, and distribute any 3D models generated and downloaded under an active paid pass.
